Why Global Projects Engineering & Management Was Founded
Global Projects Engineering & Management exists to fix a growing problem in engineering‑led organisations: projects are getting more complex, but delivery discipline isn’t keeping up.
Built on real engineering experience—automation, materials handling, LEV, pneumatic conveying and process systems—we bring clarity, control and confidence back into project delivery.
We work across the full lifecycle, from requirements and design governance through procurement, manufacture, installation and commissioning, helping organisations deliver projects that are safer, smoother and more predictable—with fewer surprises and stronger commercial outcomes.

Leadership
Pete Thompson
Pete is an experienced engineering project leader with a strong track record delivering complex, high‑integrity systems across pharmaceutical, chemical, energy and industrial sectors. He applies a disciplined approach to project governance, technical assurance and commercial control, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced electro‑mechanical systems, GMP‑aligned cleanrooms, LEV and major materials‑handling installations across the full project lifecycle.
He holds an MSc in Project Management, a First‑Class BA (Hons) in International Business and an HNC in Electro‑Mechanical Engineering. Pete is a Member of the Association for Project Management and holds additional professional certifications including IOSH, P601/P602, DSEAR/ATEX Principles for LEV Specialists and the NEC Foundation Award.
